Visited this restaurant for breakfast and it was amazing. This is a family owned/ran restaurant that serves authentic Mexican cuisine. The good was really good and was fresh. NOTE: when I visited they told me it was cash only! So beware if you go expecting to pay with card.

Great breakfast spot off the beaten path. Home-made guisados (stewed meats, eggs and veggies). For $140 MEX ($7USD) you get to pick 2 guisados and comes with beans, chilaquilles and a beverage. The fresh squeezed OJ was delicious. The gardens are pretty and lots of shaded areas for dining.

Good breakfast option. The quality and portion of the food are according to the cost. They offer a "standard combo" with chilaquiles, 2 home-made dishes, beans and drink (coffee, orange/carrot juice) for $130 Mexican pesos (we visit it on may 2025) You can order some other stuff: dessert, extra portions, other beverage The service is great, their attention is fast and with good attitude The only disadvantage is the distance (it's not in the downtown) in case you are walking. The atmosphere is beautiful, rounded by green gardens and quiet surroundings, you can speak and have a good lunch time

A magnificent place to have breakfast. Chef Lourdes and her mother meticulously make home-cooked Mexican food, chilaquiles, ribs, frijoles, eggs made to order, this is the only place to properly eat breakfast in Tequila! Por dónde comenzar : Excelente atención, la Sra Lourdes es muy amable y atenta para que estés lo más cómodo posible y viendo que te hace falta. La comida es 10 de 10, sazón riquísimo , comida de la abuela de esa que reconforta el alma! El ambiente del lugar es súper agradable, al ser una casa grande con jardines lo hace especial, parece que estás en un desayuno familiar porque es el lugar donde la familia se reúne! Sin duda volveré !!!
